Pool House

This project involved the razing of an existing structure to make way for a new pool house. We have laid out the photos in chronological order so you can see the various stages along the way.

We are very fortunate to have a great group of subcontractors, including excavator, concrete foundation company, electrician, framers, and standing seam roofers to help us with this project. They all have contributed a great deal. I would like to thank Marty and John especially for their careful attention to the plans and for making the job easier for everyone who has followed.

Wadsworth Kamm Architects has been a big help producing a design/structural plan as well as working on texture, lighting, and overall feel of the entire area around the pool.
