Wrap Around Porch and Screened Room
This was a project that my partner, Dave Little, had started with a long-standing client who is very engaged with both design and detail. Due to this, our client was able to assist in transferring her knowledge of the project to me when I ended up assuming the responsibilities after Dave's passing in 2019. The client was very patient and gave us the room to find our footing and finish her project. We reframed all the joists and substructure to make way for new T&G deck boards. We added new structural columns and Brosco wooden storm door walls. Willard Lumber in Willimantic was a strong partner with this project adding their knowledge to our team’s understanding of the material option we chose.
